3. Young ESOMAR Society award pitch: Uncovering how consumers learn
Analyst Kevin Benny, was named 1 of 5 global finalists in the Young ESOMAR Society award competition. He’ll have 60 seconds on the main stage to share his take on Intelligence Marketing:
Market research functions to identify behavioral and cognitive trends within a population, and subsequently leverage them to generate purchase intent by educating consumers on a target product. Success, henceforth, necessarily depends on the cognitive abilities of the consumer to process and retain functional product information. By this logic, developing a dynamic framework that defines how consumers learn could radically enhance the field of market research.
