Having spent over a decade in FMCG, I have developed and executed commercial, supply chain and finance initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. I joined Arla 3 years ago, where I have led initiatives that optimized consumer pricing, contributed to successful product innovations, and achieved significant market penetration and growth across different geographies. With a heavy focus on data and collaborating with cross-functional teams, we have driven improvements in sales and margins, helping leadership teams make educated decisions that resulted in consistent year-on-year growth.
