What you will do
As Technical Manager you are part of further growing our Methodology & Analytics team and business in the US and across the globe. The global M&A team is SKIMs most technical team offering expertise on complex methods, with Conjoint being the most important one (but also think of methods like driver analysis, segmentation, journey modelling). Imagine yourself working on:
- 50% – Consulting and helping our internal teams execute complext market research studies from initial proposal to client presentation (building conjoint designs, guiding survey creation, building interfaces to present results to clients, modelling data in R/Stan/Sawtooth/other)
- 25% – Guiding and training colleagues in methodology and analytics through giving training and other knowledge sharing
- 25% – Work on internal innovation projects to improve the products and solutions we offer for our clients
Desired skills and experience
At SKIM we believe in diverse perspectives and recognize from our current workforce that every individual brings unique strengths to our team. This is why we want to keep the desired experience to a limited to the absolute essentials for the job:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science)
- At least 4 years of experience in Market Research projects that include choice-based conjoint design, analysis, and data modelling
- Passion for Analytics
- Experience with either Excel, R, VB, Python or Sawtooth
