Job description
The AI Team is part of a larger Methodology & Analytics Team that helps create new innovative solutions for our analysts worldwide. We are looking for someone to join our AI Team and help us develop innovative cloud applications for market research clients. If you identify yourself as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist and you like the idea of building cloud applications that leverage AI, then this job might be for you!
As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the growing and dynamic team. Specifically, you will:
Research & Develop
- Develop deep learning powered AI, especially LLM applications tailored for market research clients
- Support the development of interactive dashboards
- Work with LLM providers, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.
- Work with various cloud services, particularly AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with AI specialists, cloud experts and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Guide & Lead
- Continuously learn more about business applications and propose innovative AI solutions to address business challenges. Taking the initiative is expected.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI and LLM developments.
- Help us develop internal trainings on AI/ML.
Qualifications
You will play a critical role in developing outstanding AI-enhanced market research solutions. The ideal candidate will have outstanding conceptual thinking and great execution when developing AI solutions Typically, we are looking for someone with the following profile:
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related fields. Formal education or significant practical experience in programming is essential.
- 2+ years of working experience on deep learning, NLP experience is preferred
- Interest in marketing and market research
- Experience in working with LLMs
- Experience with Docker and Git
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and/or Tensorflow
- Proven experience of creating MVPs using Streamlit, Gradio or similar
- Experience with Cloud Computing and Deployment (AWS, Azure and/or GCP)
- Interest in learning business applications of AI
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Additionally, the following are a plus:
- Experience with CI/CD and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation etc.)
- Some experience with R, in order to help R/Shiny developers
- Experience in dashboard development and maintenance
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Flask
