At Qual 360 North America, Candy Lui, Research Manager, and Marcel Slavenburg, Senior Research Manager, from SKIM guided attendees through an interactive workshop to experience our immersive approach to complex research studies. This method ensures that key stakeholders deeply experience and act upon insights gained from these studies.
Sometimes it can be challenging to ensure that insights from complex research studies are heard, internalized, and acted upon. Candy and Marcel hosted an interactive workshop in which they utilized a case-study of a large, multi-country, multi-phase study, to illustrate one way of meeting this challenge.
Candy and Marcel conducted a mini “walk in the shoes” of the immersion session so attendees can experience it first hand. We have found that by actively experiencing the challenges that customers face, the global, regional and national brand teams are better able to generate solutions in the form of targeted marketing programs. Through this immersion approach, participants discovered how we can bring research results to life for key stakeholders.
