Job description
This is a unique opportunity for a bright and driven Consumer Insights Manager to help expand our Revenue Management business and expertise in France. Since opening our office in 2023, we’ve built an enthusiastic team of five. You will be part of, and work together with our broader European team structure, while also being involved in new Revenue Management business in France. As a Consumer Insights Manager, you will be leading studies as a consultant, building strong relationships with our clients, and advising them by delivering clear and actionable insights, which requires a self-motivated individual who is not afraid to take the lead.

Specifically, imagine yourself:

  • Managing, supervising, and executing all phases of research studies, including design, analysis, reporting, presentation, as well as strategy definition and socialization
  • Driving the client proposal and pitch development by leading the creation of materials and participating in the selling process. As an expert, you will lead research plans and outline SKIM’s consultative approach and positioning from discovery calls to pitching the curated approach to the client’s team
  • Interfacing the work of Analysts and Senior Analysts, and contributing to their growth and career development
  • Helping drive the future of the company by contributing to the development and refinement of industry-leading proprietary tools and solutions
  • Taking ownership of key client accounts and developing strong partnerships with a long-term view, based on trust and expertise
  • Playing an active role in contributing to the strategy and vision for SKIM in France

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has prior consulting and research experience on the agency side, combined with an understanding of advanced analytical techniques (e.g., conjoint and multivariate analysis). Typically, we are looking for someone with the following profile:

  • 4-6 years of agency, industry and/or consulting experience
  • Demonstrated experience in responding to client RFPs, with the ability to autonomously structure, write and drive the proposal development phase from brief clarification to final submission
  • Experience in Revenue Management & Pricing consultancy, preferably within Consumer Goods
  • Very strong numerical and analytical skills and data-driven problem-solving to translate a variety of research methodologies into clear, impactful business-focused solutions  
  • A combination of strong strategic thinking and a hands-on, process-driven approach
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and equipped with strong business acumen to tackle challenges effectively and deliver impactful results.
  • Strong client management and relationship building skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude, the ability to deliver with and through others, and eager to learn.
  • Full professional proficiency in French and English, with the ability to confidently lead client conversations and written deliverables in both languages
  • You are authorized to work in France (resident, citizen, valid France visa or other)
