We’re looking for an HR Operations Specialist who loves accuracy, structure, and data, and isn’t afraid to explore AI tools that simplify how we work. You’ll keep our people’s processes running seamlessly while helping us modernize them. You will join our People Services team, which is part of our wider Global HR team. You will work mostly together with the Global HR Operations Director, 3 HR Business Partners and an HR Assistant.

Job description 
In this role, you bring a deep understanding of HR operations and how they contribute to business success. You thrive in a dynamic environment where not everything is automated yet, and you enjoy finding the right balance between getting things done and making processes better. Your ability to stay calm, communicate clearly, and maintain a service oriented mindset toward SKIMmers will be key to your success. This is a global role with focus on our offices in EMEA and APAC.

You will be responsible for a broad range of activities, ranging from day-to-day people operations to managing projects to improve our processes, including:

  • Employee Lifecycle Support. You ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution of all core HR operations, including coordinating end-to-end onboarding and offboarding; managing data entry and HR documentation; preparing payroll inputs; providing visa and immigration administrative support; managing our HR inbox with various administrative requests.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting. Owning the quality, integrity, and usefulness of people data in our systems by managing HRIS updates and mutations including employee records, workflows and organizational data. Building dashboards, reports and insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Process Improvement project-work. Leading and supporting various initiatives that improve the efficiency of our way of working and the employee experience. Examples of current projects are the organizing and structuring of all HR documentations across our HRIS (HiBob) and SharePoint; creating an overview of all existing policies, identifying gaps and creating or updating missing content; streamlining various workflows.
  • Development of HR AI Chatbot. Modernizing our operations and support by leading and setting up the implementation of our very own HR AI Chatbot. This includes defining use cases and workflows, automating employee questions and continuously improving the bot based on feedback and data.
  • Cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management. You will work closely with our Global HR Operations Director, 3 HR Business Partners and an HR Assistant as well as with other teams in the business.

Qualifications

  • +/- 5 years of relevant work experience within HR operations or people services, whether early in career or more seasoned because you genuinely enjoy this type of work.
  • Solid knowledge of Dutch labour laws (knowledge in other countries such as UK, Germany, Singapore are a plus).
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and data analytics & reporting.
  • Prior experience with payroll; AI / tech savviness are a plus 
  • Extremely detail oriented, organized and pro-active mindset.
  • Independent and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service oriented approach toward employees.
  • Fluent written and spoken English. Fluent in Dutch is a plus.
  • You are authorized to work in the Netherlands.
