Job description
You’ll join a global finance team of 10 colleagues across multiple locations. The team is currently in an exciting automation phase, driven by the rollout and ongoing development of a new accounting system. This creates opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance the quality of finance operations.

You play a key role in financial operations, combining hands-on transaction work with a strong focus on the bigger picture. You guide Finance Assistants in their day-to-day activities, bringing structure, clarity, and clear prioritization. In close collaboration with senior Finance team members and other stakeholders, you ensure operational execution is aligned with broader business needs.

You keep things moving by identifying bottlenecks, improving processes, and ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient end-to-end operations.

What you’ll do:

  • Guide and oversee the smooth and accurate execution of financial processes across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing for Europe and Singapore.
  • Review and process vendor invoices, expenses, and client invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Manage incoming inquiries and requests, acting as a key point of contact for finance-related topics
  • Coordinate and guide Finance Assistants
  • Oversee vendor management activities, including verification and third-party interactions
  • Track and follow up on client invoices and payments
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve financial and operational issues proactively
  • Drive process improvements and optimize workflows across finance operations
  • Safeguard the accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of financial information

As our Finance team continues to evolve - driven by global expansion and ongoing automation initiatives - there will be increasing opportunities for development and specialization within the team.
